Sollum is desperate to escape The Backrooms, a nightmarish maze where they must continuously record themselves to avoid being assimilated by an omnipresent AI that absorbs all living creatures not being watched by the cameras.

 

After many disturbing encounters with the creature and other hideously deformed survivors, Sollum discovers a horrifying truth: they are already an AI copy of a copy and there is no escape from The Backrooms.
