EP:IK Pictures is a UK-based film and television production company developing distinctive, internationally focused stories across film, premium television and creative development.
Working across the UK, Europe and international co-production markets, the company collaborates with emerging and established creatives to produce emotionally resonant, globally minded work with both artistic ambition and commercial reach.

The Team
Ioanna Karavela is a producer and production manager with over two decades of experience across film, television and digital media. Her work spans independent features, premium short-form storytelling and factual programming for broadcasters and publishers including Channel 4, the BBC, News UK and The Times.
Her producing credits include the internationally distributed action-horror feature Redcon-1, the BFI Network-supported period drama Tommies, and the award-winning feature Eliminate: Archie Cookson, which screened at festivals internationally including Palm Springs.
Most recently, Ioanna produced the action-adventure feature Bad Day at the Office, directed by Chee Keong Cheung.
Erik is a multifaceted media executive with an industry wide reputation for achievements in content creation, development and distribution.
Erik’s proven business acumen at top media firms like Gaumont, Boat Rocker Studios, Hallmark Entertainment, Power and New Line Cinema, along with his deep roots in the creative community, is why he is both a valued media executive as well as a respected creator of content.
Erik has unrivalled experience collaborating with content platforms and broadcasters all over the world, working on critically acclaimed content on both sides of the Atlantic.
